SAAC ignored

Game runs fine, SAAC runs fine...

Player Hater Group: Members Joined: May 4, 2012	So I got SAAC 1.2 up and running, and San Andreas 1.01 running. I'm using a Rumblepad F510, which is generally pretty awesome. But SA completely ignores SAAC. It just uses the default gamepad controls. I cannot figure out how to get SAAC to hook into San Andreas. Did I install it wrong? I just threw the exe and inis into the San Andreas folder. I've searched all up and down this forum and only one person had this problem, which he never got an answer to.
