So I just spent a good 4-5 hours troubleshooting that damn video editor and I've gotten the bastard to work. I now have only 1 problem:

When I am using either of the joysticks on my controller, the F2 key does not capture clips anymore. Only "back" on the controller does. This is a problem as I've setup a macro to capture a clip every 15 seconds, so I can play a full 20 minutes and capture all the clips. What I need is:
- A way to completely disable DirectInput in GTA. It only disables it off the face keys and triggers when using the in-game option
or
- A macro program that can set macros for the Xbox 360 Controller for PC, so I can switch the macro from "F2" to "back (360 controller)"
and/or
- A shotgun so I can shoot the dumb cocksucker at Rockstar Toronto in the back of the head for his lapse in logic

Possibly, but it would be much more powerful the normal one, since it will be mainly for gaming.

How do you figure that? There is a performance penalty of the underlying OS, but modern consoles have an OS too, getting increasingly complex. The difference in that regard is thinning out, if there is any at all.
