This mission is getting on my nerves to. It is bad enough that they make me find a vehicle to snatch since for some reason, the game devours your vehicle when you go on a mission, yet, if you ditch a car before hitting a mission on the opposite island. that car will somehow still be there when you go back to that spot, which does not make sense. I figured I would bring the tank for this mission, nope, after doing all that to get the tank, it is gone when the mission actually starts.

Dr. Kain there is a bike nearby so you don't need a tank.Just use the uzi as markusizr said,and shoot forward.
Using the tank is also dangerous for Lance.

Yep, use UZI to attack this cars. But I can't understand Lance too. Why he riding nearby mafia's car when he can run from them to Mendez mansion?
