GTA SA Graphic overhaul problems

Having trouble installing ENB GOH

Player Hater Group: Members Joined: May 1, 2012	Hi! I just recently bought and downloaded GTA SA and tried to install the ENB graphics mod. The game plays fine before i add the files from the mod folder but once i add the files i get an error report that says "Grand Theft Auto San Andres requires atleast Directx 9.0" I dont understand what went wrong because I'm running windows 7 which comes packaged with directx 11. can someone please help me fix this problem? I can provide system specs if needed.

Crazy Freak Group: Members Joined: Oct 17, 2010	Download a d3dx9_40.dll or d3dx9_26.dll file and put it in the GTA SA folder.

Player Hater Group: Members Joined: May 1, 2012	Both of those dll's are already in .rar file for the mod.
