Suggestion: How about have 5 guys start off as Crip and Blood hierarchy, 5 apiece, then everyone starts off as a neutral, so that when GTA V comes out, the neutrals will have to find a gang... Ya know?

And also; multiple cliques... like the South Side bloods and Vinewood bloods, and the East Los Crips, and the South Central Crip gang...

All with different hierarchies. All with different relations. The gang world is a volatile thing, sometimes people forget color, just to team up against a common enemy.

SwizZz move to Liberty City when he was 15 years old.
He hoped of moving into the city but got the opposite.
He ended up living in the North Side of Alderney.
When in High school he was confronted by a member of the Liberty City GD.
They offered him a chance to join.
He denied and got the ass kicking of a life time.
He went home and his father saw his bruises and lumps on his body from the punches and kicks.
Unlike any other father who would bring this to the principal's office.
His father taught him how to fight and gave him a knife to carry with him.
The next week he was confronted by the same guy who tried to recruit him.
The guy wanted him to join and SwizZz Denied him once again.
The Fight was on!
SwizZz landed a hay-maker to the face of the GD recruiter.
Dropping him.
Capitalizing on the moment he kicked him in the head with his steel-toed boot.
The GD recruiter started convulsing.
Led by the adrenaline of the fight he kicked him three more time in the head.
Killing him.
The authorities were called and SwizZz spent the rest of his younger years in a "Ju-Ve".
Once 18 he was sent to the Los Santos Jail where he remained til he was 22.
Now that he's out he wants to start clean.
But a past life is hard to leave.
SwizZz wants to be a CRIP!!!

I'd appreciate you not using a complete word for word copy of my rules. This is literally copied and pasted my my external website that I'm an admin on that you used to be a member of. Some of them literally have my name in them....

I have no concerns with you running your own thing and I'm actually wishing the best of luck that it works well but if you're going to run it you should at least be responsible enough to write your owns rules.

I understand most of these rules are commonplace and I've had other in the past (vincesports) ask to use the rules but he at least changed them a little/gave credit. I know I can't make your delete anything but it pisses me off that people have no originality anymore and just steal others work because they're too damn lazy to do any themselves.
