hi i just downloaded IV needle tool , and i want to use popcycle editor but i have no clue how it works . somebody knows where i can find a tutorial

i have a problem with the traffic . i edited the popcycle/car groups and the results are pretty nice . i have parked ambulances and firetrucks on unique slots , sometimes even with the warnings on , it's cool . but i have also a nasty prob . i have busses or cars on helipads . i don't understand as air frames can't be modified in popcycle editor ? thanks
