[Prominent Fate]

Please edit this by re-sizing it to a more appropriate and better size, making the border colour a black, dark blue and black again. Please then add some nice looking effects in and outside the image to make it look good.

For the image, please make some text with the text "Rascals: Florencia XIII" using this as the font, but re-sizing it so it would fit inside the original image asked to be edited (as it, and more are IG screenshots for a SA:MP server) but also so they will look nice.
