I did the blogspot thing for two months while I was unemployed.
I found an IRC group that had designed javascripts to make it easier. I made about $400 a month. It's just a huge pain in the ass to keep coming up with original content.
You're better off waiting tables... Or shoveling sh*t.

If I were you, I wouldn't even click those links..... in your profile you claim you are 23/24... anything you have that can sell? Old stuff like Gameboy Colors or things like that can be very appealing to collectors....
