Its fun making people crap themselves



Some folks, who I assume shot a lot of players in elektrozavodsk running for it after shooting a few times to scare them off. Two came back I think since my mate who was spotting said they came back, luckly I got out before they got back ;3

Has anyone been having issues with dropping items in their packs too? I lost 4 blood packs and a few other things.

Also, OB, would you consider reversing the time to maybe GMT -1 or something?

Went to Elektro last week and on the way, heard some sort of a really loud noise. I got closer to it and thought it was a chopper, then found this:

Then I heard an actual chopper, shortly followed by

and I finally left the server when I saw that the hacker destroyed my destination (the hospital)

Also found a van which was stolen shortly after I hid it, and just now I found a motorbike

I don't know why the screenshots look so bad. It doesn't actually look that bad. But hopefully I'll get my fixed PC back next week.

Maybe its just the compression of the image hoster.

How the hell do you hide one of those jets? My mate had a perfect place for hiding a car, in some trees right next to the north west airfield. Since the area is a danger zone pretty much all the time, people dont tend to explore too much.

That makes sense then when I saw it on reddit, I just assumed the guy meant hax via the sheer amount of explosives it was dropping on cherno. Also, v1.7.2.4 is out

Ah i think your character is bugged. Its possible to get back but might be worth creating a new profile in the main menu and starting a new character.

Ive had a look through the configs but cant see where to set the gmt thing. I beleive that only certain hosts allow you to modify that.

I'm fascinated by this game. I came across it by chance on Youtube and have been following others game play. It's quite extraordinary. I'm definitely going to have to give this one a spin.

Finally have enough money to buy this and still have enough for bills. Just downloading the game now & then going to go through the process of installing DayZ...which I'm thinking its going to be a ballache.

The install process is pretty easy actually. I did it the Six Launcher/Updater way. I need to get back on DayZ as I haven't been on in a while. I got some supplies but I don't know where to go now. Hmmm maybe the airfields

Installed and everything actually works apart from trying to connect to the GTAF Server. I have the Battleye version V1.164, and I'm running on DayZ beta version 95417 I can connect to the server itself but when trying to actually get to my player screen I get the ''Battleye stopped responding'' I tried googling the issue and found that there's thousands of way to try and fix this. Reinstalled Battleye on Steam - still didn't work. Any other suggestions? Edit - I sometimes get around that Battleye sh*t which is great, got to the Loading page got the bar to 100% waited about 10 minutes and it still hadn't moved, I'm wondering if I should switch to a different beta version instead of sticking to 95417?

At the end I had an L85A2AWS (completely OP gun with thermal) 5 NVG, 2 camo suits, the biggest backpack, a GPS all x2 since my friend grabbed the same.

In some cases you m8ght need to update battleeye manually here http://www.battleye.com/download.html. Also make sure when updating the beta you delete the beta folder first in the exspansion folder where the game installed. Also with my steam install if i run it via steam it will boot up the standard version with the old beta patch. There is a second shortcut in the game install folder to launch arma with beta patch try using that.

Had my first proper session today, killed 3 people with an axe in churno which is stupid considering 1 had a gun, then my pc lagged out bad and i got killed and couldn't join another game.
