im a newbie in modding i want to put the driver mod i just downloaded. what should i do? i just want to do some drive bys lol

do i need to install cleo?

here are the files:
handling.cfg
MAIN.SCM
ReadMe.txt(i read it but i still cant understand)
SCRIPT.IMG

Okay just do this:

Take handling.cfg then copy & replace the file located in:

GTA SA -> Data

Take MAIN.scm and SCRIPT.img then copy & replace the files located in:

GTA SA -> Data -> Script

I'm hoping you made a backup first before replacing those files.

If you did, Just replace all the files you modded:

handling.cfg
MAIN.scm
SCRIPT.img

With the original files located in your vanilla game directory.

Vanilla - The term used to describe a full unmodded copy of a legitimate GTA directory/game

You need to reinstall the Game,
or ask someone for the files,
