Elder Dragon King Group: Members Joined: Feb 21, 2012	when i run LaunchGTAIV.exe two window appears one contains nothing but a black screen and the other says GTA IV FATAL ERROR : WS10. one thing i do not own the game and only use cracks i did not buy it so i think there is a difference can someone help me
