How to make GTA IV load faster, smoother? Here the specification:
- Intel Core 2 Duo E4500 2.2 GHz (overclocked to 2.6 GHz)
- 4GB DDR2 RAM
- Galaxy GeForce GT 220 (I also own Zotac GeForce GTX 550 Ti, but my friend borrowing it so I use GT 220 from my friend)
- Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 500 GB
- Thermaltake EVO_Blue 550W

I have an issue, when I go out from safehouse all of outside disappear and no building for the short time and it appear (due long time loading). Why it's happened? Maybe due modding...

You should go easy on heavy mods. memrestrict can sometimes help with loading textures.

I had that card a few years ago and it played the game fine (30-45 fps) on medium settings, but I had an Intel E7500 back then which is a little better than the one you have there.
