Well I did not watch the whole thing since it will put a strain on the current internet data usage i have on the internet i am using at the moment.
But we only see one side of the story here and it's from the biased parents side, if it is true, well that is a bit shocking and i suspect it happens more than some people think. Other than that there isn't really a whole lot to discuss.

We can hear the audio of the class. Thouse people are sick f*ckers.
The problem with the school staff is most of the time, they just ignore the problem while the bully continues to hurt their victims. But when a victim fights back the school acts on it and suspends the victim for hitting the bully. So for being a victim, the bully can hurt you for as long as they like and get away with it, but when you fight back once, you get in trouble. When a school staff itself is the bully that is really messed up. Maybe in our next Earth time is when thing will change because right now it's still at 0% progress.

I can understand it when people bully other people the same age, but bullying little childeren which you are supposed to aid and help, is really f*cked up!
Basterd? BASTERD? Wow, that women would be a crazy bitch. That's why I hate American schools. They bully others so badly that they commit suicide. What did that 10 years old boy do with her. If I was he then I would stabbed her thrice no matter I go in jail.
I didn't see the ending but has the child got any injuries?

What I think is what Roger Waters thinks about it all....
On the issue of Autism, about a month a go, I was watching a DVR of a segment on what I think was 20/20 Here's an older one I can find uploaded;
But the more recent showing covered several families daily life with kids who need special help, typically a normal school just wasn't a viable option, and for the families, it's a major drain emotionally and time consuming to do things and communicate, so schooling with strangers is THAT MUCH MORE difficult, you can imagine
I get bullied by you guys, often it feels that way to me, We can't be perfect, and I believe each of us faces our own obstacles, and yet, the concern is of a selfish variety and you only care about how you feel underneath it all, that's why it's easy for patience to erode and kindness towards others to evaporate
Props to the father. Nice job on sending the message.
Anyway yeah, what the teacher did was completely inhumane. An autistic child? Really? Does she honestly know who's shes speaking to? What an idiot... also shame for school board for not complying with an appropriate manner to deal with the situation. She was fired. Big deal? As Chafietz said, a public apology should be done. 'Jodi' is still probably having fun with her mate up in that Cherry Hill mansion of theirs. Low, vile, pieces of sh*t.
Capital punishment should be done. I'm not saying she deserves to die, but she really needs an ass whupping.

As part of my education I do spend about 45 minutes a day with an Autistic child in his 1st grade school, assisting him with his work and so on. There are no specific "Special Education" classrooms in the school, so special needs children are integrated with normal classrooms. Their schedules are, however, different. They'll usually spend an hour with a speech specialist, and another with a physical therapist, so on and so forth.
Anyway, there are times when we're in classes like the one with Akian and 'Jodi' (and I am, I guess - technically the "aide"), an independent class with similarly disabled children. Thankfully, what happens inside the classroom is nowhere near whats being described in the video and that specific experience. Autistic children have very strong emotions, the prefrontal cortex part of their brain, responsible for emotions among others, contain many more cells than normal, therefore it's not uncommon for them to cry or to be upset over trivial things. The child I watch has cried and screamed (ear-deafening) over not being able to get a hand-stamp from a teacher because she misplaced it, for example.
The point is, this Jodi & all the adults in the room for that matter, clearly had no idea how properly work with children with Autisim and / or otherwise. For any normal children, having emotionally disturbing events with adults can scar you, and shape your adult life. It's even more sensitive with kids like Akian.

Awful. That's some pathetic teacher to be bullying an autistic child.

Right. Many of these people lack the moral fiber to do this but it would mean a lot if they actually apologized. I don't know what kind of people they are to not have enough remorse to say sorry to those offended.
After seeing this & the movie "Bully" i think we can all agree that the American education system is f*cked up headmasters & teachers clearly dont know who to solve problems i saw i vid on YouTube it was an interview with the parents who had a son who killed himself who also had autism (It was called Ellen Show or something) they said after e killed himself kids went into school with nooses over their head now if that happened at my school here in Scotland which can do thing 97% right you would be in deep sh*t if caught or reported we also have a strict rule on uniform i was shocked to see Americans schools going to school in their own clothes we have to wear shirts, ties, grey thousers, black shoes with buttons all done up not the best thing for a kid but its needed & i support it i was thinking of moving to USA when i was older somewhere like Miami, Atlanta, Chicago, Los Angeles, Seattle but i wouldnt want my kids to go throw all this maybe i should move to London or Edinbrugh instead EDIT: im not being racist i said that i wanted to move to USA but have 2nd thoughts based on education there
