To some America is seen as one large melting pot of cultures, backgrounds, etc. etc. so having an entire GTA centered purely on Americans, to me, just doesn't feel right.

I loved how R* incorporated characters from a variety of prominent ethnic backgrounds that are commonly found in NYC. Since V will be based in an LA parody, I'm expecting R* to incorporate more characters of Latin American descent.
