The duals on semis, trailers, and other vehicles are missing. It has the tandem axles but no duals. The reverse lights simply do not show. I'm running the game on max settings. My specs are:

Game: GTA:SA, not patched, no mods
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit
Processor: Intel Core i7 3.40ghz 2600 Quad Core Sandy Bridge
Ram: 8GB Dual-Channel DDR3 Ram
Graphics: XFX Radeon HD 6800 1GB
Motherboard: Intel DH67BL
Sound: M-Audio Delta 1010LT

You say the game isn't modded, but you didn't say if the game is Original.
Some warez/torrent games are already modded before you can download them.
Is Your Game an Original?
Is it installed from an Original DVD?
Is it played with the Original DVD in the Drive?

It's a torent, but appears to have no mods. Not played from a DVD but seems original.

GTAF has a strict no warez (torrent) policy. We will not provide support to Players with pirated copies of the game.

I am sure you won't have any problem if you get the legal Original Game.
There is no help to found here for Pirated (warez/torrent) games.

Where to (Buy) Download:
Direct2Drive.com (for PC and MAC)
SteamPowered.com

Rockstar Warehouse for boxed games:
Buy Now PS2, XBOX, PC.
Rockstar Site
Also generally available at on-line sites…
Amazon.com (I got a replacement copy for 10.00$US)
and,
E-Bay (you might find a First Edition if you’re lucky),
GameStop, K-Mart, Wal-Mart, and their dot coms, etc.
also, if you’re lucky some local Pawn shops, Swap meets/Flea Markets (But, beware of Pirated games. The Game comes on a single DVD not CD’s.
A Note for potential Modders:
Modding is easy with First Edition (Version 1 games are Hard to find).
Not so easy unless you work at it with Second Edition (Version 2 games on a DVD Disc. These are Currently available.)
Version 3 games are programmed to Not be Modded. (Downloads). Although some have said they can do limited modding. (See Chain Game topic.)
