Is there anyway to change the first post to the shared account but all the replies the same? Maybe just repost everything? Then, say have Ziggy, El Zilcho and Craig in the driver's seat, so they could maintain the topic.

Perhaps we could have people just keep track of where they are themselves and post it at the bottom of their posts but then characters would just be forgotten if they aren't used for a few pages.

Actually that can happen. When I was in a gang once, I was the publisher of the thread.The Mods simply switched the publisher and the deal was done.

I'll have the topic updated today seeing as the story count is past three.

I'm willing to help, but it's a little one sided as it means me editing your post, as opposed to two or three "bar staff" editing a post made from a dedicated account. If anyone remembers BUYG (both III and IV canon) we had a team of people in charge of rating stories and editing the first post. I'll ask if it's possible to switch publishers.

A bit of a f*ck up but I wouldn't mind creating an account that can be used to form another topic that we can all edit. Of course everything would be up to date with it, and I think it'll maximise the amount of stories we get pouring in. Consistency will be up too.

thats a possibility, having a communal account where a few select individuals can edit, and having the topic relive in that.

I know from my "recommended reads" topic that it can be demanding to keep updating it.

I think the idea of a single account, that several people can access to update, or something like that isn't a bad idea.



I also appologise for my lack of activity in this - i've been trying to work out ways for my character to interact more, but have come up blank.

I've asked about and while it is possible to transfer, it has been said it isn't to be done again. I imagine that's a lot to do with the structure of things. You can either carry on as is and I'll help you edit the topic (I don't mind, it would get me more involved in things) or you can make another topic, but then that'll be your third go at this and it makes finding old stories a bit confusing to newcomers.

I can upload the Bar up to date so people know exactly where to go from? It would only be a matter of finding the right topic.
