Xin Lỗi Group: Members Joined: Apr 21, 2003	I've seen the same ped in GTA IV (in Schottler) He wears yellow ear defenders, a tool belt and work boots. Telephone Engineer would make sense.

He usually shows around the dock areas or construction sites, though sometimes he appears in the Hove Beach and surrounding areas usually attending to telephone poles. I even found him once (and only once) on top of a sign by the Broker-Dukes Expressway. He never has a paint can, he tends to usually always carry a wrench (though sometimes he has had a screwdriver and even a hammer I've found).

OK, im sold, Im sure I saw some kind of spray coming around his hand tho... owell, the graffiti on the wall had me almost at 100% .Darn, thought for sure I had the last easter egg.
