Playing the 360 I FINALLY caught the graffiti artist and I am curious if anyone else has.
Now he hasnt always been there when I go but 8 out of 10 times he is.
I have found him on top of the building between Xenotime St and Wardite. Galveston and Frankfort just up from
the Safehouse.
Every instance he has spoken Russian and is wearing a red shirt , blue pants and rope around his shoulder.
I have only caught him once with a spray can and he began shooting at me with a pistol.
I also wanted to add I seen him again on top of the building at the corner of Huntington st and Inchon behind the Medical Center in Dukes. On the map its to the lower left of the Monoglobe.
He didnt have any weapons and ran when I ran up to him.
I am wondering if this is only a 360 perk?

Never heard of that guy before... Who is he exactly, lol? I mean, what makes him stand out of all the other peds? Does he paint graffitis?

Also, in which borough are those streets? I'm on PS3 and willing to check it out when I get the chance to play GTA IV. Actually, is it IV or EFLC?

I dont know about PS3 as I only have this on the 360. Ill try and get some pics. As for differances in peds, I dont know any except for what he is doing.
Like I said I have NOT seen him in other 4 series except TBoGT and only in Dukes and Algonquin.
I was not armed when he shot at me and it only happened ONE time, one thing to note that was the ONLY time
I saw him with a spray can.
I found him when looking for a building to get the cops to chase me up to. I have only found 2 where they will leap over to try and get to me and then fall to there
deaths between the buildings, this is mostly because there are only a few where the roof door access panels open.
I will try and get some pics. I just thought it was kinda neat.

Interesting, I might just go out and try and find this graffiti tagger in the game now.

I remember seeing a ped who matches your description, but he doesn't carry a paint can, instead it is usually either a hammer or wrench, and is usually in the dock or construction areas of L.C.

Never heard of any peds making graffiti in the game. And a rope on his shoulder? Since the game has been out over 3 years I think this would have been found before, but out of all the crazy sh*t that happens in the game, I've never heard of a ped doing this.

I was going to post and say i stand corrected after seeing the pic, but after your little tough guy act of calling me an idiot, i don't see why i should give you any respect at all. Wow you posted a picture of a crouching guy. Well done.

Just a perfect example of another new user calling people names to sound tough and needs to seriously grow up.




And FYI "pics or it didnt happen" is a common internet saying (you're familiar with the internet right?) meant to convey heavy doubt over the subject, and requesting proof of said event.

I'd go to your local pharmacy and buy some cream for your butthurt.

Why dont you zoom in on the pic and look at his hand or better yet, why dont you find him yourself . I gave you all the info with detail.

I didnt waste my time and went to look for him, i found him using simple native trainer under the name M M TELEPHONE , it was in IV list so it might be found in GTA IV too.

Yea he might be the guy that fixes telephone booths its bit weird that you found him up there carrying a spray can
on second thought... that pic wasn't clear enough to tell what he was carryin

I to cannot use the native trainer. Thank you tho, I just think it was interesting as I couldnt find anyone else in the few years Ive followed this game talk about it. It blew my mind and was excited to see the games "engine" still had things for me I hadnt found yet.

Understandable, However my system has been the bought of my fist numourous times and I am wondering if this is a "bug" due to my " system teaching program".
I see crazy stuff all the time. I had blown up cars and then watched a ped get
in it and drive it off after the fire goes out??
I have seen peds pick up weapons and shoot other peds in a car after a collision......maybe thats normal but it doesnt seem right.
I have so much weird stuff happen on both 4 and the expansion games I think my 360 may be corrupt, I also spend 4 to 6 hours a day only playing these 2 games.{disability}
