I've looked a long time through the Liberty City TBoGT while driving the modified lowered Schafter 2nd Generation. I don't think the lowered edtion is nice, so i'm looking for this:
Try driving some fancy cars around The Meat Quarter (Western Algonquin). The Bullet and Stretch both work well. It'll start spawning on the roads sooner or later.
