Found some sad news today, that a band i really like has lost one of its best members. Greg Ham was the guy with the flute who also did the flute solo at the beginnign of the hit sing Down Under. This is qutie sad that a cool person who had a great talent has died.

It nearly is, aside from AC/DC, every song of their's is a NATIONAL ANTHEM for Aussies

But, that is sad news, He's not as notable as Dick Clark passing away, but the song is a hallmark of the 80s, as is the band. I remember nearly 10 years ago now, or 6 years back, they were being interviewed on Cities 97 radio here, and a small tour was in progress. They still performed I believe, maybe not as the complete band, however

"Who Can It Be Now?"
My favorite song from Men at Work.
Great saxophone tune from Ham.

Rest in Peace.

Aw man, all of the musicians I like are dead, or are dying (Robin Gibb and Andy Williams notably, Andy if his treatment doesn't work effectively).

Rest In Peace Greg. sad.gif
