hello i been away for a bit and playing Test Drive Unlimited 2 for a year and i am going to install my Tbogt or GTA IV again, can you tell me please can you still add a mod cars to TBOGT or GTA IV, i used to have a lot of mods in both Games. i like a quick run down on how the game is now people tell me with the new patches you cant add any cars no more :-( i still have many of the old updates on a dvd and tools like sparkle, if you can give me some help thanks carl

also i have the steam version of TBOGT and i used to mod it before and it worked fine so now i like to know whats change in the new patch and will SparkIV work with it i only want to add one car i have to dvd version of gta4 and all the tools for that but i want to play TBOGT and add a car thanks
