How do you beat RC Baron Race?

Mark Chump Group: Members Joined: Apr 10, 2012	I am getting really frustrated and pissed at this race. How are you supposed to beat the Red Baron race? No matter what I do, I am stuck in third place even when I am getting through the checkpoints perfectly. The first place plane is like three times faster than my plane. Not to mention my plane keeps dipping downward, which does not help.

Not sure what you mean by raising key (I'm playing on the PS2), but I finally beat it.
