Polaris City
Welcome to Polaris City, the Gem of Old Virginia, nestled between the Blue Ridge Mountains and the Shennandoah Valley. A place known for colleges, railroads, a bustling Downtown scene, and a giant light-up star on a mountain.
Beneath the city's squeaky clean exterior is a massive criminal underworld of various gangs and syndicates vying for control of Polaris City. And one young man is going to change it all....
Enter Sam Steel, a young man from the poor areas of Polaris City, trying to barely get by in this tough economy, even if it means selling a few joints and fencing a few pieces of jewelry here and there. But now, Sam has found himself betrayed in what was supposed to be some menial pot deal, and now he has been robbed and left for dead, seeking revenge, and eventually, carving out a criminal empire of his own....
Polaris City is based off of the cities of Roanoke, Salem, Charlottesville, Staunton, Blacksburg, and Christiansburg, all in Virginia
Gangs
Genova Crime Family: A small Italian Mafia family based in Polaris City's historic Italian District as well as the finer parts of Downtown, the Genova Family typically avoids the drug trade, and as a benefit, avoids major attention from the Feds. Led by the charismatic and intelligent Nino Genova, the Mafia will prove to be a viable ally of Sam Steel in his exploits.
Homie Posse: A small-time street gang from the inner city areas of Polaris City, the Homie Posse aren't as dangerous as the larger street gangs of Liberty City or Capital City, but do deal in drugs and are known for large numbers, despite their lack of organization. They ambush the marijuana deal and leave Sam for dead, making them his first enemy.
Lost MC: A Biker gang based in Polaris City and the rural outskirts as well. They mainly run guns and stolen goods throughout the city.
Petrovic Bratva: A powerful Russian Mafiya syndicate based in Liberty City, the Petrovic Bratva have operations in Polaris City as well, headed up by Pyotr, one of Kenny Petrovic's lieutenants. They are the drug suppliers to the Homie Posse.

Characters
Sam Steel: A 21-year old man from Polaris City, Sam Steel is a small-time crook and pot dealer, and after being set-up and nearly killed, is trying to get revenge on his traitors, but also forge his own criminal empire.
Lydia Yang: Sam's girlfriend and primary accomplice.
Tyrone Johnson: The leader of the Homie Posse and a mid-level drug dealer. Starts out as the main enemy of Sam, but soon is revealed to be a much lesser threat than he appears.
Pyotr: A Russian gangster sent from Liberty City, Pyotr heads up the Petrovic Bratva's main operations in Polaris City.
Allan Mack: A biker and President of the Lost MC's Virginia chapter.
Joey D'Amico: A newly made man of the Genova Crime Family and a close friend of Sam.
Mario Urbano: A gangster from Sicily and a hitman for the Genova Crime Family
Luigi Verdi: The Caporegime of the Genova Crime Family
Nino Genova: The Don of the Genova Crime Family and an old-school mob boss from Verona, Italy.
