Can't install CLEO 4

Punk-ass Bitch Group: Members Joined: Feb 8, 2012	It says error opening file for writing or something. How can I fix this?

The Zombie Elvis Hunter Group: Members Joined: Feb 9, 2006	I also had problems with CLEO 3 & 4. Did everythhing that you need but still it crashes. Crappy laptop!?!

SA modder Group: Members Joined: Jun 20, 2010	Did you run the installer as admin if you're using 7/vista. (can't think of a reason why anyone would still use vista)
