Millie is now a Girlfriend. You need to 'date' Millie while wearing the Gimp Suit. Two Dates and you will have the Pass Card to the Casino.You will need to buy a Safe House to be able to change into the Gimp Suit. FREE Body Armour is available under the Sign across the street from the Four Dragons Casino. EXPLORE San Andreas for lots of FREE weapons and Body Armour. Carry On!
