If any of u played mafia 2 u would know what i mean. I dont mean every time u get busted u go to prison i mean it should be part of the story for like a hr or 2 and u will meet high profiled gangsters in prison and u will meet up on the outside or something like that. rockstar should have done this before imagine bein put in your cell n stuff an u are able to explore the prison and bodybuild n the missions u do be sumtin like stabbin sum1 in the showers smuggling in drugs etc.

Yeah the prison missions of Mafia II were pretty cool, I't could be implimented in GTA V, however it would need to be much less restricted!

I heard their will be a mission in gta v were u break a well known gta figure from jail jus hope its true.

I've seen a LOT of HORRIBLE ideas in this forum since the trailer was released.
but this is not one of them.

there's a lot to be said about the effect prison would have on the story at large.
especially if (as people have theorized) Balcony Guy exists as "2" different characters; young and old.

there might be a period where, after he was a young punk trying to make his name in the city, he was caught and put away for awhile.
somewhere along the way he honed his skills, made some new connections, and got things going again once he was back on the outside.

Yeah and the prison would need something unique and fresh about it, maybe a prison island, not really unique but you get the idea, hey imagine if the blimp in the trailer was a floating prison

@diablo I think they could do alot of things with the prison system since mafia 2 took a not from the gta book i think rockstar should start takin notes from others cause rockstar never copy from other games but they do from movies and i like that.






@ryan I hope so man i would have extreme butterflys if i see a prison system lol.

I think he's suggesting going to prison every time you get busted

It would be okay to make a few missions in prison but going there every time you get busted? No thank you.

This is a good idea, I hope they include a spin off of Alcatraz Island.

I saw a map on utube of gta v i dont know if its real or fake but it had small island in the corner of the map it could be real.
