I want to make new gta titles for my gta sa but i dont know hot to make them work. i have converted the video in more than 7 .mpg formats and it didnt work. please can someone tell me any tool/software/program to make it work for gta san andreas???

I think any avi from Virtualdub works fine, I may be mistaken though, but I am sure that is what I used for GTA URM titles.

the Xilisoft Video Converter Ultimate works fine. it worked
