Which version of the game did you buy?
What is your Operating System (XP, Vista, Win7)?
Did you modifiy the Game in any way?
Did you use cheats?

You get on the bike and it immediately fails?
Do you have the Sniper Rifle to shoot the 'plungerman'?
You have only a few seconds to kill him.

Unistall them and delete your save game. It would have been corrupted. If you are sick of again doing all that sh*t, you can download the save file from here: http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=356192

Choose which save you want. Also, did you bought the game? Do you use any crack?

Is the Version one that you purchased installed from the Original DVD?
Are you Playing the game with that Original DVD in the Drive?

You understand that Version 2 games, even if 'downgraded' are NOT version 1 games, they are still V2 games?
