When I try to install GTA IV, I get this error

Is it always the same file (CNT.bik) every time? If yes, then it could probably be a bad download, in which case you can try re-downloading the game or contact Gamefly.

If you get the error while copying different files every time, then it could indicate bad memory. In this case, you can run Memtest86 and try finding out if any of your RAM sticks have gone bad.

This is my second time downloading it, the first time I got an other error (my other topic)

This happens with many digital distributors (for some reason). Like Girish said you'll probably have to contact support.
