I cant figure out way GTA 4 is crashing when i look in the Process list the game is takeing over 1,300,000 K in memory

No MODs Fresh install kinda it does crash at start some times but not all the time.

Do not ignore punctuation, it's a terrible habit.

Do you have the latest GFWL installed? Make sure that there is only one GFWL version installed (control panel/programs and features). To exclude any possible GFWL problems, use xliveless temporarily as it will completely block it.

Which game version are you using?

Are you talking about Direct X 9.0c then yes i do have the latest i can play online games just fine no issue.And i am not sure what my Game version is.

GFWL = Games for windows live. This http://www.rockstargames.com/support/IV/PC/GFWLupdate/

Game version can be found in the GTAIV.exe file properties, on the details tab.

Now will i be able too Use the cheat trainer with this new update i can not seem too get the ingame trainer too work on my version.
