OK I've completed the 'New Model Army' mission, but now nothing happens. No cellphone call, no character icons/shapes, so what do I do now???

I think Supply Lines, I finished Air Raid, then skipped the second and last of Zero's missions. I finished the other character's missions, so I was left with Zero's.

Ok... you have skipped the "Learning to Fly" missions which Must be done.
At the Verdant Meadows Airdrome. You see the "Airplane" Icon on the field, you can't ignore it?
You Must Do everything there.
On the Upload Page take a look at the bottom of the page and Click the line:
·" Click here to to display the mission & property checklist." This will show what all there is to do to finish the game.

There is also the Driving School which will open other side missions.
