Basically, I can't stand the default GTA 4 graphics - the no anti aliasing is annoying me. I don't get what I'm supposed to extract into the GTA IV folder or which file I'm supposed to use. I know I have the latest version of the game as I bought it from Steam last night. I've Googled various sites, visited this and that but it's still really unclear and I'm really confused.

Would someone be kind enough to please link me to a 1.0.7 (not too sure if that's it) version for ENB and explain what I've got to extract?

To me the best ENB for 1.0.7.0. is Vulgadrop's: http://www.gta4-mods.com/misc/1070-enb-graphic-mod-f10162
All you need to do is extract everything that comes in the archive and put it in your main Grand Theft Auto IV folder.

But don't expect to have ENB on 1.0.7.0. look as amazing as it does in pictures that are seen on this site though. Patch 1.0.7.0. isn't compatible with ENB. If you want to use ENB, patch 1.0.4.0. is the way to go.
