fading black screen?

Player Hater Group: Members Joined: Apr 10, 2012	When playing gta after about 15-20 min my screen slowly starts to dim and in about 10 sec its completely black. i can still see the mini map and such but its extremely annoying and id like to know what's wrong. thanks for your help
