Well I dont know why the game will spike every 5-10 second . I keep testing with a car and go around the city to test the game smooth or spike with diffrent setting.Even I set all low setting it is same thing happend again.My old RIG is better than my new RIG ,my old rig no spikes at all .Why ????
I had the latest GTA 4 EFLC 1.1.2.0 patch and I also tired disable the Window Event log but it is same. (help needed)!!
