Wait I don't get it I could play it on medium settings? | After more research  , yes, you can play on medium settings, but I'm not %100 sure, it's based on a prediction and a YT video.

Probably, but the graphics are not going to be good...the highest resolution you would be able to get(and the game still be some what playable) is 1024X600...And NO modding, as that system would not be able to handle the additional resource usuage needed for mods...and no higher than Patch 4 for the patches...? Remember, the Intel Pentium processors are kind of old technology-as the newer processors in the Intel line are: the I3, I5, I7, and Xeon...and that video card is out dated too, as there are the 6000 and 7000 series in the ATI line-up for the up-to-date video cards for ATI...So, that may be a new PC for you, but a new PC as far as parts go... If I were you, I would have saved the money and got a better PC than that one...
