The application you are attempting to launch failed to start. GTA Special Member Group: Members Joined: Sep 20, 2010	[Solved] hey please dont delete this topic. when i was searching about this problem there was tooo many posts about this error. this topic can help. i was using only games for windows live id for playing gtaiv and i forgot to fill my real birth year there was 1996(not +18 so i was getting error)but my real birth year is 1990(+18 and error Fixed) and now i'm using rockstar social club account id tooo and with my real info.
