GTA IV Patching Problem

One Super GTA Badass Group: Members Joined: Jan 7, 2012	Hi, I have been problems recently on my GTA IV, well as you can see I try to update it.. in patch 1.0.7.0, but if I try to install it my game will not work anymore.. why? And it uninstall the rockstar social club client.. PLEASE HELP!

Keep riding hard, son Group: Members Joined: Feb 14, 2008	310M seems to be rather weak, you're probably better of sticking with patch 4. You can try deleting game settings.

Don't mind me Group: Members Joined: Oct 10, 2004	On the point of deleting the game settings you might like to use Xassist (link in my sig) it automatically deletes the files then launches the game for you.
