This "leaked" song is presumably made by Michael Hunter, and has got a suspicous name - L.S. Mob.

Michael has done the previous GTA-theme for IV, called "Soviet Connection" and both of these names seem to have some sort of connection to the games. Although it isn't even confirmed if this song is indeed made by Hunter, it seems pretty convincing to me

What do you guys think?
