Is it possible to check in what part of a body is some actor (or a ped) has been shot with a specified weapon? If it is then how? Is there some memory address that can activate this checking?

It is possible ><. Check VCMP 0.3z R2, when you kill someone it shows the body part (head/torso/back/arms/legs + more not featured in VCMP I think). So it is possible, but it's not documented by anyone so far.
