I think he's talking about a retired staff member, and a former modder, JernejL, who used to be called Delfi a few years back.
I aslo believe that this thread would better fit in either the III Vehicles forum if you need help, or the Mod Showroom » Vehicles forum in case the vehicle has been released.  |
