Do not create duplicate topics. You posted it in the correct forum to begin with. This forum is for hosting games and events. Then again, this can be considered advertising, which is against the forum guidelines. Don't direct others to your Youtube account or request them to apply for this meeting by adding your Gamertag. Allow people to post and/or use an application form in future.
