I am using GTA 4 on PC, but if you know a way too open doors when you are in cover right next to them please help.

Even if you only know how to do it with a controller of any console please responde. Maybe I will be able to do it using the key corenspondent

Try shooting the door with an assault rifle you would need to break-cover to shoot.

It is my major complain about the gameplay, especialy because in a number situations it is crucial to open the door in cover I think. Hopefully in GTA V it has that funcionality...

Look at Red Dead Redemption for examples on how the gameplay will be improved in GTA 5. In Red Dead you could press a button and your character pushed open the door. So I think we'll definetly see it in GTA 5.
