This is a little awkward. I was browsing the Grand Theft Auto wiki and I was reading about Vice city when I read about "Black Dreads Torrent" on the page. It's for the PC version. Read about it on the wiki. I wanted to learn more about it but I can't seem to find any more information on it. There was one video but there wasn't many comments and I can't tell if it's fake or not. If anyone knows more about this I would like to know. Thanks!
