Depends on the circumstances.

You move faster without your weapon in hand. A quick flick on the left pad and it's back, fully loaded every time.

Medium is the best,

Slow is only good at a distance,
Fast is only good up close,

However Medium is a nice blend, if you use it, your less likely to get caught with your pants down.

your best bet is too keep an eye on the map and where the blips are... IF THEY ARE ON lol

remember, if you hold your camera button down you'll look behind you... crouch down and headshot that guy shooting your in the back... it works %60 of the time with me...

Running with an SMG or an assault rifle in your hands will slow you down. On the other hand, if your avatar is female, having a rocket launcher in your hands will make you run faster.
