@OP: What? Did you ever played GTA game? Hell yeah, you should buy that game and also buy legit. These days it's hard to trust any newbie posting on Troubleshooting section as 96% have illegal game and 4% use crack and mods.

I would say you buy VC, then SA, then 3 and finally 4 or EFLC (you can take both ). In this way, you can see that there are some better/ worse GTAs than GTA SA but I choose GTA 3.
