Each rank has a limit of how many RP,
They can remove each month.

Lower board can plea to Upper board.

Vice President	50 RP
Treasurer	25 RP
Secretary	25 RP
Road Captain	25 RP
Sergeant-at-Arms	25 RP
Enforcer	15 RP
Patched Member	5 RP

Respect Points

Every month, we will have a church session.
Within the session RP will be noted.
And actions taken.
And RP will be reset for the next month.

During this session, you can plea your case.

Strikes

Unlike RP strikes are not reset monthly.
They last a QTR Year.

If you reach THREE Strikes.
There will be a church session regarding your removal.
With little chance of staying.

At the end of each QTR we will meet regarding Strikes.
