Not getting the installer

Player Hater Group: Members Joined: Apr 2, 2012	So i have bought GTA IV EFLC online from amazon.com digital download. The game was downloaded and started to install but quit after the Microsoft Live Game "Thingy" Woulden't open. I've tried over and over but all i can pill up is the file where everything is and i have tried to repair it and the installer re-installed and then said it was fixed what do i need to do to fix this issue? the computer has windows 7 a 64 bit and 8Ghz ram (pretty sure anyway) Thanks in advance, Nic
