Riding On In The Midst Of Morning Group: Members Joined: Feb 26, 2011	is it possible to extract niko (or any other characters) audio files and edit them, like writing over them with your own voice, for example?

yea, ive seen that in a Vice city IV gameplay bit. looks like they just took tommy's voice and copied it over niko's, unless there's something more complex to that, which im not getting yet
