[Method]

I'm going to be buying part's for the new unit I'm building and I need straightforward answer's...

I'm only building this for STRICTLY IV (sound's like a waste but it really isn't to me...) and I have a few concern's...

Should I go with a 2700k or a 3820? Or maybe a 2600k? I don't know a lot about this kinda' sh*t but I do know that I just need the best for this game.

I'm also planning on getting a 680, too.

Price is not a problem, to be honest.

Not really, it's just a die shrink of sandy bridge.

I would just stick with the 2500k and a good Z68 board to overclock it. The 3820 will be slower than 2*00k, because it doesn't have an unlocked multi.

And, if you are talking to me, I'm obviously looking for advice if I'm not sure what CPU would be best for this game.

Quick edit: Alienware's probably don't even come with 3820's, let alone a 680...
