Postal2 is fun to mess around with. My comp sucks at games and it plays that reasonably well.

Not even gonna bother mentioning Mario or Nintendo games like that, cause who DOESN'T mention them. Probably already mentioned at least three times.

Emulators:

-Sin and Punishment 1
-Megaman X 1, 2, 3
-Street Fighter Alpha III
-Street Fighter III:Third Strike
-Sonic Advance 1
-Drill Dozer
-Streets of Rage 1-3
-Final Fight 3
-Mischief Makers

PC:

-Deus Ex
-Half- Life
-Civilization III (You should be able to play it)
-Sim City 2000 (or 3000, but I loved 2000)
-Duke Nukem 3D
-System Shock 2

Some RTS:

America; No peace beyond the line
Knights and Merchants
Command and Conquer: Generals
Anno 1404 (or any other Anno game)
Age of Empires
Kill Krush 'n' Destroy
Red Alert

Those are the only ones I remember playing.

Banjo-Kazooie and Banjo-Tooie are two of the best f*cking games I've ever played. Ever.
And they're available on Xbox live arcade, or you could just emulate the 64 versions, whatever.

The best platforming/adventure/whatever game in the unimaverse. Way better than that Mario 64 bullsh*t.

You guys suggesting emulators are stupid.

If he had an old MES he'd play old NES games.

He has an old PC, he should play old PC games.

wow, only 1 person has recommended Deus Ex and Duke Nukem?
for shame.

so don't forget Deus Ex and Duke Nukem 3D
oh and don't forget DOOM

also, Command and Conquer and/or C&C Tiberian Sun.
and emulators as people have said. Legend of Zelda games and Super Mario 64 work great with a keyboard.

I stumbled across Crusader Kings. As a fan of A Song of Ice and Fire and Game of Thrones, it's great to be the head of a household and try and maneouver your way to the top of a feudal society with marriages, alliances and the odd battle. Fun stuff.

The older Command and Conquer games are quality.

Also if you're a fan of point and click games then try Broken Sword 1 and 2.

Some Online games are too good, they don't even need graphic cards. smile.gif

Take some FIFA Games from 2001 - 2007. I still play them and enjoy it.

Most of the post here talk about Emulator. Buy Nintendo DS Lite and R4DS. Here's the description about R4DS -

QUOTE (R4DS)
Price = Around 2-5$. Can be bought from the nearest stores.

The R4 DS is a slot 1 DS flash kit designed to play ROMs and it does it very well. So far we can confirm that the R4 DS is 100% compatible and doesn't suffer any slow downs in game. A very impressive result! (As with all flash kits, the claim of 100% compatibility may change once and IF an incompatible game is discovered).

Here's the official features list the R4 team have put out for the R4 DS.

R4 DS Official Features List:
2nd generation storage device (no booting tool required)
Flush fitting slot 1 card
Uses MicroSD card, FAT16 or 32
Supports any MicroSD card speed with no lag in game
Supports Clean ROM, drag and drop. Works on any OS
Built in NoPass
Automatically detect save type
Save directly to MicroSD card, not to onboard chip
Supports Moonshell and other homebrew. Open I/O interface
User friendly skinnable interface. Touchscreen or button operation
Supports rumble pak and memory pak

Worth buying. You can play Pokemon Games, Sonic and Mario Games and some Star War Games too by downloading it's ROMs from the site's. (Google them)
This should make your day. biggrin.gif

Holy moly! You guys recommended me a bunch of games.I'm trying to get hold of them somehow, luckily I already have most of the games, except the old console ones(I don't own any console). Also,is Operation Flashpoint worth it?I have BF 1942 and COD 1.From what I've seen it Youtube videos, the game is hard.Platformers are not really my thing, but I'll try them out.I'll make a list of all the games recommended in the first post soon.
Now:Any good TPS games?Kinda like Max payne with run 'n gun gameplay?

TPS I would say Stranglehold, its like MP. Since Duke Nukem 3D, Doom, and Deus Ex have been mentioned I'll recommend Rise of the Triad and Redneck Rampage. Both fun games from the same era.
